We had a very quick turnaround on this project because the family was living in temporary accommodation and needed to move in as soon as possible. This was a project for INEOS Automotive, refurbishing a 720m2 industrial unit at one of their Hampshire sites. We worked alongside the main contractor, C&G Building, to refurbish this derelict cattle shed, providing the client with a modern R&D facility.
The project was carried out over 12 weeks, ensuring timely completion which was a crucial part of the client’s requirements. Specialist subcontractors were involved in various aspects of design and installation. Collaboration between all parties was key to the success of this project.
The result: the transformation of a disused building into a fully operational facility which outweighed all the client’s expectations.
